I used this service for a group trip with friends. The Vellfire really does have a luxurious feel and looks great, plus it can hold a lot of luggage—it was the best! The airport transfer was included, and the whole process was a breeze.

The air conditioning on board was working well, making for a comfortable cruise. If you’re planning to visit Taketomi Island, you should definitely make a reservation in advance.
I had a great time all day long ^_^ Since it was a tour, everything went smoothly from the moment we boarded the high-speed ferry, and the lunch buffet was very filling. However, since the buffet isn’t restocked much toward the end, I think it’s best to grab plenty of food on your first round. I really enjoyed Okinawa! I highly recommend it.
It was a full-day tour that included transportation, so I was able to enjoy it with complete peace of mind! All the guides were cheerful and friendly, and they kept telling us about the charms of Iriomote Island even while we were traveling, turning even the travel time into a fun part of the tour. I felt completely rejuvenated by the great outdoors, and it was a truly memorable day!
The staff were all very kind. This time, I was looking for a tour I could join in the morning before checking into the hotel. Although the ferry left Uehara Port on Ishigaki Island at 8:00 and arrived at 8:50, I was able to join the 9:00 tour. The water was a little murky due to the recent typhoon, but we were still able to see some fish. The staff kept a watchful eye on my friend who can’t swim, so she was able to participate until the very end.
We used this service for a family trip. It was really helpful to have a private tour where we could adjust the pace to keep our child happy, and the photos turned out great. However, the sun was a bit too strong and our child got tired, so we should have chosen a different time of day.
