Of course you can! After checking out, please come to the meeting point dressed for the activity. Please leave your unneeded luggage in the coin lockers at the island terminal or at your hotel.
Please check the age limit for each activity.
If you are not sure which tours are available, such as with children or the elderly, please contact us. Our local staff will be happy to suggest the best plan for you!
If you would like a private tour, please contact us by e-mail or phone. We will propose a plan that suits the number of people and the age and gender of the participants. We also accept group tours such as school trips, reunions, company trips, etc.
Varies depending on the type of activity and plan. Special shoes may be available for rent, please check each plan page for details.
Please refer to the plan page for what you need to bring for each plan. We recommend that you bring a hand towel, sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses for all activities. Cell phones, cameras, etc. may get wet or submerged in water, so please bring them at your own risk.

Some activities may be held even in the event of rain, subject to safety confirmation. Even if it is not raining, the nature guide may cancel the activity at his/her discretion due to weather or river conditions (no cancellation fee will be charged in case of cancellation).
Of course, you don't need to worry! Our nature guides will carefully teach you how to ride. Many of the other participants are also first-timers in both canoeing and SUP. You can enjoy both canoeing and SUPing with ease as long as you follow the instructions given by the nature guides.

For customers who applied by credit card, the debit will be made after participation, so no debit will be made at the time of application.

Many of the activities involve nature and can be dangerous at times. Our nature guides will take your safety as their first priority, and we ask that you please follow their instructions while on the tour. - Please stay within sight of the nature guide during the tour.
We will do our utmost to ensure your safety to make your trip enjoyable. Please be sure to stay close to your nature guide. - Tours may be cancelled or the course and time may be changed due to weather conditions, field conditions, or other problems.
- If you feel unwell before or during the tour, please be sure to inform your Nature Guide.
- Please refrain from drinking alcohol before participating in the tour or during lunch. We reserve the right to refuse tours to those who have been drinking, even on the day of the tour.
- For safety reasons, we generally do not allow pregnant women or those showing signs of pregnancy to participate. (Some courses may be open to such people, so please consult with us in advance.)
- Please take care of your valuables by yourself.

Cancellation Fee

The following cancellation policy will apply from 7 days prior to the participation date
7 to 2 days prior: flat rate of 2,000 yen/pair
Cancellation on the day before or the day of the tour: 100% of the tour fee

No cancellation fee will be charged if you are unable to join the tour due to force majeure, such as cancellation of the tour due to bad weather or flight cancellation.
