I wasn’t confident in my physical stamina and was worried about whether I could enjoy both the ocean and the river in just half a day, but thanks to the staff’s excellent support, even a beginner like me was able to enjoy it without any trouble. I paddled leisurely while taking in the beautiful scenery of Kabira Bay, and during the snorkeling at the Blue Cave, I was able to fully enjoy the crystal-clear waters. I’m so glad I took the plunge and joined this tour.

The guide, who’s a native of the island, shares the mermaid legends and history in such an entertaining way that it’s not just a walk—it’s a great learning experience too♪ You’re sure to be amazed by the colorful coral reefs you’ll see while snorkeling! It’s also a plus that lunch is included and it’s easy to join☆ Be sure to give it a try when you visit Ishigaki!
Although I was traveling alone, I was able to enjoy myself without any worries. It was a huge help that someone came to pick me up at the remote island terminal, so I was able to set out on a drive right after I arrived. The EK Wagon was very maneuverable, so I felt confident driving it even on unfamiliar roads. Exploring the island at my own pace was the perfect way to recharge.
I used this service on a trip with my boyfriend. We were able to enjoy a day of fishing without bringing anything, and thanks to the guide’s patient instruction, even as beginners, we both managed to catch fish. It was great that they cooked our catch for us at an izakaya that night. If I had to mention one thing, though, the sun was quite strong, so I’d recommend making sure to bring plenty of sunscreen.

Driving around Ishigaki Island in a cute Beetle, feeling the breeze, was absolutely delightful—I’m so glad I took the plunge and chose the convertible. The interior was clean and comfortable, too.
