I used this service for a group trip with friends. The Vellfire really does have a luxurious feel and looks great, plus it can hold a lot of luggage—it was the best! The airport transfer was included, and the whole process was a breeze.

They took lots of photos and videos for us, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish.
We asked to adjust the height after we got on the boat (to go higher than what we’d originally booked),
and they accommodated us right away.
Even at the highest setting, it was totally fine!

Since it was a tour, everything went smoothly from the moment we boarded the high-speed ferry, and the lunch buffet was very filling.
However, since the buffet isn’t restocked much toward the end,
I think it’s best to grab plenty of food on your first round.
I really enjoyed Okinawa!

The staff were all very kind.
This time, I was looking for a tour I could join in the morning before checking into the hotel.
Although the ferry left Uehara Port on Ishigaki Island at 8:00 and arrived at 8:50, I was able to join the 9:00 tour.
The water was a little murky due to the recent typhoon, but we were still able to see some fish. The staff kept a watchful eye on my friend who can’t swim, so she was able to participate until the very end.
It was a luxurious package that let us enjoy two introductory dives. In addition to the beauty of the coral reef, I was thrilled to swim alongside sea turtles up close. The instructor’s guidance was spot-on.

It was my last day of snorkeling on Ishigaki Island. Even though I booked the tour the day before, they handled everything perfectly, and I was able to enjoy it to the fullest.
Our guide (Mana) gave us kind and thorough explanations, so we were able to enjoy ourselves safely and with peace of mind!
Above all, our guide’s smile was wonderful. I’d love to try their SUP and sunrise yoga sessions again.
Ishigaki is the best!
