Aerial yoga experience with a view of the beautiful ocean of Ishigaki Island. Aerial yoga is a type of yoga using a hammock, and although it looks difficult, it is easy even for beginners!

Private yoga sessions are limited to one couple per day, so you can relax and do yoga at your own pace.

Because it is performed in a hammock, the exercisers can enjoy poses and a sense of floating, which is not possible on a mat. In addition, the gentle stimulation of the cloth helps to reduce swelling and promote lymphatic flow.

*Please cut fingernails short. They may catch on the hammock and cause injury.

*If rain or strong winds are expected, the event will be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, we will notify you about an hour before the start of the event.
