Private Sunrise Yoga Experience Plan

Hatha yoga, a relaxing early morning practice on Ishigaki Island, aims to relax the mind and body, and to regulate the body and mind.

Private yoga sessions are limited to one couple per day, so you can relax and do yoga at your own pace.

Sunrise Yoga

A moment with a view of the beautiful sea of Ishigaki Island

Waking up a little earlier than usual and watching the sunrise while doing yoga is a different and more relaxing experience.

Since it takes place early in the morning, it is possible to participate on the last day of the trip, and it is a good way to recover from the fatigue of the trip before returning home!

Sunrise Yoga

First-timers are also welcome.

All you need is clothing that you don't mind getting a little sand on it. Bring sunscreen and drinks as needed.

Experienced guides will fully support you. It is a good idea to wake up early and try beach yoga for a day since you are in Ishigaki Island!

I joined the class while traveling alone, and the instructor was so friendly and approachable that I never felt lonely and was able to fully immerse myself in the morning silence. Practicing yoga on the beach as the sun rose was pure luxury, and I had a wonderful, refreshing time that allowed me to forget about my daily routine.
