Private Forest Walk & Forest Bathing Therapy YogaEnjoy a walk in the great nature of Ishigaki Island while listening to the sounds of creatures and the wind.
Not just a regular walk, but a silent walk under the supervision of a professional instructor. The Silent Walk is a meditation walk in which participants open up their senses, feel nature with their whole body, and meditate.

After a 30-minute to one-hour walk in the forest, it is yoga time.
Banna Park, a vast park at the foot of Mt. Banna, is a subtropical mountain blessed with abundant nature. 30 minutes to an hour's walk, followed by gentle yoga poses and yoga nidra for a superlative healing experience.
First time visitors are welcome!
Instructors will teach you in detail, so even beginners can feel free to join.
Pay attention to the way you walk, and quietly feel the sensation of your soles treading on the earth, your breath, the heat of your body and the coolness of your mind, and remain aware of the "now," and you will experience the stillness of your mind.
