It can be accessed by walking 3 minutes to the right after exiting Ishigakijima Remote Island Terminal.

The 730 intersection is the westernmost national highway intersection in Japan, located in the center of downtown Ishigaki Island.
After World War II, traffic rules had become so American that they used to beAutomobiles drive on the right side of the roadIt was.
When Okinawa was returned to Japan on July 30, 1978, the right-of-way was simultaneously switched to the left side of the road, and the intersection was called the 730 intersection to commemorate this day.

Southern Gate Bridge
The Southern Gate Bridge continues in a southeasterly direction from the 730 intersection.
The bridge is located in Minami Nuhama-cho, where you turn right at the Southern Gate entrance intersection.
It is close to downtown Ishigaki Island and Ishigakijima Remote Island Terminal, so you can easily go there on foot.
One side of the Southern Gate Bridge is maintained as a sidewalk and can be crossed on foot.
