Aerial yoga experience with a view of the beautiful ocean of Ishigaki Island. Aerial yoga is a type of yoga using a hammock, and although it looks difficult, it is easy even for beginners!

Private yoga sessions are limited to one couple per day, so you can relax and do yoga at your own pace.

Because it is performed in a hammock, the exercisers can enjoy poses and a sense of floating, which is not possible on a mat. In addition, the gentle stimulation of the cloth helps to reduce swelling and promote lymphatic flow.

Ishigaki Island is surrounded by nature, so you can relax and enjoy the sounds of living creatures and the beautiful sea and mountains.
