First time on Kohama Island, Yaeyama Islands! The weather forecast was for rain and strong winds, but we were told that SUP could be experienced regardless of the effects of the rain, so we went ahead with our plans, despite our misgivings! Unlike the sea conditions of the ferry route to Kohama Island, the experience was in a field with relatively calm waves and wind. Thanks to the very kind guidance of the guide, I was able to stand up and paddle right away, and it was the best experience without being rained on. It was a short experience, so I would recommend it to everyone who has a spare time during their trip! You will want to dive into the sea at the end of the experience! You will be led to it! So the rain doesn't matter.

I made my SUP debut in the ocean of Kohama Island! At first I wasn't sure if I would be able to keep my balance, but the guide was so good at teaching me that I was able to stand up in no time.
