Notes on the tour

*You cannot board an airplane immediately after diving.
Changes in atmospheric pressure can cause a disease called decompression sickness. For a half-day diving experience or a single dive, you will not be able to board an airplane for at least 12 hours after diving.

*If you do multiple dives and multiple days of diving, you will not be allowed to fly for at least 18 hours.

*We do not accept patients with heart disease, epilepsy or seizures, pregnant women, the elderly, or those taking medications to control blood pressure in advance.
In addition, those who are currently ill, undergoing treatment, or taking medication for any disease may be asked to submit a medical certificate from a physician.

*If you do not agree with our guidance and explanations in advance or on the day of the tour, we may refuse your request from the standpoint of safety management.

Frequently asked questions about this plan

Q. Can I send my equipment in advance?

Yes, it is okay.
In recent years, weight restrictions on checked luggage on airplanes have become stricter, and LCCs charge for checked luggage. It is easier to send your baggage between your home and the airport because it is difficult to carry large baggage with you.â

When sending equipment, please note that batteries in dive computers, underwater lights, and other equipment will be shipped by boat. Please remove the batteries before sending them or bring them as baggage. When you send them, please write "no batteries, no air, no cylinders" on the packing slip. If you do so, you will be able to avoid shipping.

Please specify the date of arrival of your package, two days before the day of diving.
Please send your order at least 10 days to 1 week in advance as there is a possibility of delay due to typhoons and other factors.

If you wish to bring other items with you, such as clothing, please send them to the hotel.
If you wish to have your diving equipment shipped from Ishigaki Island after diving, we do not ship from our store for reasons such as preventing problems.
Please bring them back to the hotel and pack and ship them by yourself.

Q. Is it possible to dive on the day of arrival?

Yes, it may be possible.
If you can come to our store by 10:00 a.m., you will get 2 dives, and if you can come to our store by 12:00 p.m., you will get 1 dive. (This is only a guideline.)

Q. Can I come alone? Is it okay to be alone as a woman? I don't like large groups.

It is okay. The number of students accepted is limited, so the group size is small.

The boats also have toilets, so women can feel at ease. Since many diving trips are by nature solo, many divers are concerned about privacy.

Q. For those who have anxiety, are not good at ear removal, and diving style

Most diving is done by boat. Entry and exit are at the same location, not drift diving.

Ropes are provided for descent and ascent, so those who are not sure if they can dive properly, beginners, and those who are not good at ear removal can also dive. If you are not good at ear removal, chewing gum until just before diving is effective. By moving your jaw, you can soften the Eustachian tube and make it easier to pass out.

Q. Can I dive while menstruating or pregnant?

It is possible if menstrual cramps are not severe. Diving is not allowed during pregnancy. If you are concerned about this, please contact us in advance.

Q. Do you provide transportation?

On the day of diving, transportation is available between your accommodation and the store.

*Please consult with us in advance as there are some areas where transportation is not available.

*Please note that we do not offer airport pick-up and drop-off services on non-diving days.
If you rent a car, we ask for your cooperation in coming by rental car. Parking is available.
