Ishigaki Island Sauna Experience (Beach Sauna Experience)

I was a little nervous about an outdoor sauna, but the staff gave me careful instructions, so even as a beginner, I was able to fully relax in a fantastic setting. If I had to nitpick, the wind was a bit chilly, so it would have been perfect if they offered ponchos for rent.

The sauna experience in Ishigaki Island was great! After warming up in the sauna, the outdoor air bath in the great nature was exceptionally comfortable. It was a very luxurious and refreshing experience that refreshed my mind and body.

The beach sauna at the southernmost tip of Japan, in the best location, really prepared me well! I appreciated the fact that I could easily join the tour with nothing in hand, and the feeling of jumping into the beautiful ocean right in front of me as soon as I got out of the sauna was exceptional. I will use it again.

I was worried that I would not be able to properly prepare for my first beach sauna, but it felt great to sweat hard and jump into the ocean while listening to the sound of the waves! I felt perfectly refreshed in the great outdoors.

The beach sauna was awesome! It felt so good to sweat and dive into the ocean! 120 minutes went by so fast! Will definitely repeat!

It was great to be able to take a sauna on the beach. It was exhilarating to jump into the ocean after a good warm-up and to be perfectly "in shape" in the great outdoors. The facilities were clean and nice.
