Watch one of Japan's finest sunset times while doing beach yoga!

Sunsets on Ishigaki Island are so beautiful that even local residents can't help but admire them.

You can reset the fatigue of the day while enjoying sunset beach yoga.

The view of the sky gradually changing from blue to Akane (red).

The setting sun turns the color of the sea in front of you into orange.

Savor the enchanting feeling of time moving forward with the movement of the sun.

Once the sun sets, the next main attraction is the starry sky. Beach yoga with a view of the starry world.

You will feel a different kind of healing from the sunset.

Ishigaki Island was the first island in Japan to be designated as a starry sky reserve, and if you are lucky, you may even be able to see the Milky Way.

More than 80% of the tour participants are new to yoga, so anyone is welcome to join us.

Hours.	Contents
18:00	Meet at the Meizo Ohashi parking lot.
18:10	Beach yoga starts!
19:00	Gradually changing to healing time & night yoga with yoga while watching the sunset.
20:00	End of night yoga! Local participants will be dismissed on the spot, and hotel pick-up participants will be sent to their respective hotels.

*Times and points are subject to change depending on sea conditions and weather.

*The pick-up and drop-off area is around the city center.

*1,000 yen discount per person for local meeting

*Yoga tours will be held even if the sunset/starry sky is not visible.

I love Ishigaki Island, but I am a little bit afraid of the heat, so I always join these tours held in the evening or night. This time I tried yoga for the first time, but you kindly guided me and I enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much!

I could see some stars, and it was a little scary to do yoga in such pitch-darkness, but everyone was there, including the staff, so I was able to have fun and feel safe! I would like to come back again.

I was happy just to be able to watch the sunset on the beach and even to be instructed in yoga, I was very satisfied. I would like to participate again when I come back to Ishigaki!

Activities during the day are good, but Ishigaki Island is too hot, so I recommend yoga in the evening time. I was able to sweat moderately without being too hot!
