Basically, we will have you dressed and ready to go by pick-up time. We will take you back to your accommodation.

You can change your clothes at our store, but we may not be able to stop by depending on the course. Please let us know in advance if you need to take a shower, for example, if you will be flying after the tour.

Q. Can I participate in the program while I am pregnant?

You may participate. However, you must be in stable health.
