What is the Shiraho Sea?
Shiraho Beach, located in the southern part of Ishigaki Island, has one of the world's largest coral reefs about 1 km from the sea.
Here, you will find the largest and oldest colony of blue corals in the northern hemisphere, and its coral reefs form a unique ecosystem that is highly valuable worldwide!

All you need is a swimsuit and a towel!
All equipment necessary for snorkeling is included in the tour, so all you need is a swimsuit and towel!
And the meeting place is only a 5-minute drive from the airport! Enjoy 2 hours of lighthearted snorkeling as soon as you arrive.

Our experienced staff are well versed in Shiraho's waters and know the surrounding waters inside and out. Visitors are always guided to the best spots by dedicated boats!
A snorkeling guide will accompany you underwater, carefully explaining the points of interest and highlights, so even first-timers can enjoy the experience with peace of mind.

After meeting at the ➡︎ office, you will be asked to fill out a participant application and liability waiver form. You will change into your swimsuit and put on the wetsuit or life jacket you will be using.movement
➡︎ After checking your snorkel equipment, we will head to Shiraho Beach, a 3-minute drive from the Shiraho Tourist Service Office.9:00 13:00 Departure to the first point & start snorkeling!
➡︎ After boarding the boat, depart for the first point! After a lecture on the boat, start snorkeling with the assistance of a guide. (Time required: approx. 30-40 minutes).Departure to the second point & start snorkeling!
Go to ➡︎ to the second point. You can enjoy snorkeling as soon as you arrive. You will be able to enjoy the sea of Shiraho more now that you are familiar with snorkeling.
returning to port
➡︎ Please board the boat under the direction of the captain. Upon arrival at the beach, return to the office by car.
Shower and change of clothes
After arriving at the ➡︎ office, return your equipment and take a shower. Change in the changing room and take a break while yuntaku (chatting)â
11:30 15:30 The event will be disbanded locally. Thank you for your hard work! *Snorkeling time is approximately 2 hours net.
