Please note that the following cancellation fees will apply in the event of cancellation for your convenience (including illness).

Date of Participationvery day100% (the same applies to cancellations without notice)No cancellation fee will be charged in case of cancellation due to typhoon, poor sea conditions, or flight cancellation.

*We will hold the event even if it rains, as long as the sea conditions do not worsen.
*There is no guarantee that you will see sea turtles, as they are natural creatures.
*We may not be able to take you to the high probability sea turtle point due to sea conditions.
*Please note that it is not possible to board an airplane on the same day after diving. Diving after arrival is not a problem.
*We reserve the right to refuse participation if any of the following apply to you. Please contact us once if any of the following apply to you in the past or at present.
