Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the customer will incur the following cancellation fees
7 to 2 days prior: flat rate of 2,000 yen
The day before: 50%.
On the day: 100%

*We will generally notify you of the location the day before, but it may change on the day of the event depending on sea conditions. In that case, we will contact you at least one hour before the meeting time.
*Main areas: Nagura Bay, the Kabira area, the Sakieda area, Uradoko Bay, the Nosoko area, the Shiraho area, the Inoda area, the Hirakubo area, etc.
*For safety reasons, the tour may be cancelled in any of the following cases. Please understand this in advance.
