The cancellation policy for this plan is as follows

2 days before: 50% of the registration fee

Day before or on the day of the event: 100% of the registration fee

*If you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol, or otherwise deemed by the restaurant to be incapable of driving properly, you will not be allowed to participate in the tour or rent a vehicle.

*We may call you to cancel the tour in case of dangerous weather conditions.

*Please be sure to bring your driver's license on the day of your visit. If you forget it, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Q. Can I specify the color?

We will assign the car to your preferred color first, but it may be a different color. Please understand this in advance.

Q. Can foreigners rent with an international driver's license?

We can lend you a car. However, please bring your country's driver's license and passport in addition to your international driver's license.

Q. Is there a mileage limit?

There is no mileage limit. Rental rates do not change depending on the distance traveled.

Q. Can I let a friend drive while I'm renting?

This service is not available to anyone other than the subscriber.

Please note that insurance may not pay out if an accident or other incident occurs while another person is driving.

Q. Can I extend the rental time during the rental period?

This is possible only if there are no later reservations.

We will do our best to accommodate you. Please contact us as soon as you know you need an extension.

Q. Is there space to park my car?

For those arriving by car, parking is available (free of charge), but please contact us in advance as the lot may be full upon arrival.

Q. I have to return the equipment due to an emergency. If so, will I get a refund?

Sorry, no refunds will be given for returns made during the course of the program.

The EV trike was so much fun—it really got me hyped up, lol. Driving through the breeze on Ishigaki Island was absolutely amazing, and it was so easy to handle that I got the hang of it right away! I got to see scenery I wouldn’t have seen in a car, and going with my friends was definitely the right choice! If you’re on the fence, you should definitely rent one!

I found renting an electric trike to be a great value. The main advantages are that it’s more maneuverable than a car and doesn’t take up much parking space. I was very satisfied with being able to experience the scenery of Ishigaki Island firsthand, but since you’re exposed to direct sunlight, I think it would have been perfect if I’d brought long-sleeved clothing and sunscreen.

The kids had a great time, too. I took them for a drive around the island on the back of the trike I was driving, and they were thrilled by the feeling of freedom—something they don’t usually experience. They really seemed to enjoy the feeling of the wind in their hair, and it became a wonderful family memory. The rental process went smoothly, which was a big help.
