Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the customer will incur the following cancellation fees

7 to 2 days prior: flat rate of 2,000 yen
The day before: 50%.
On the day: 100%

*季節によりスタート時間が前後する場合があります。

*撮影したお写真は後日お送りいたします

*暴風警報発令中、波高4.0メートル以上の場合、前線通過により急な悪天候が予想される場合、ガイドが危険だと判断した場合はツアーを中止することがあります。

*ツアー中止のご連絡はなるべく早い段階でさせて頂きますが、前日または当日の朝になる可能性もあります。
