I had such a wonderful time stand-up paddleboarding during the day on my last visit to Ishigaki Island, so this time I returned to enjoy this tour that lets you experience the sunset. Even though I was traveling alone, I was able to enjoy kayaking without any hesitation. The guide was very friendly and chatted with me, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the beautiful scenery of Kabira Bay, which has earned three Michelin stars. Paddling at my own leisurely pace and getting away from the hustle and bustle of daily life was the perfect way to recharge. I also really appreciated the free transportation and photo services.

Boat fishing was seriously the best lol. It’s super easy since you can just show up empty-handed, and even as a beginner, the guide taught me how to catch some high-end fish—I was so hyped! Eating the fish we caught ourselves at an izakaya that night was delicious, and I had an absolute blast going with my friends!

Landing on the "Phantom Island" was seriously amazing lol. The ocean was so beautiful it totally got me hyped! I took part in a kayaking tour at Kabira Bay, which has been awarded three stars in the Michelin Guide. Paddling through the beautiful emerald-green sea was incredibly refreshing, and I was able to fully enjoy the lush natural surroundings.
