What is Fusaki Beach?
Spread out in front of Husaki Resort VillageNagura BayFusaki Beach is a natural long beach with white sands and beautiful ocean, while also being close to the city center.

The beach is a beautiful spot where sea turtles come to lay their eggs.
Directions to Husaki Beach
Fusaki Beach is located about 30 minutes by car from Shin-Ishigaki Airport and about 15 minutes by car from the outlying port terminal.
From Shin-Ishigakijima Airport, exit Route 390 and go straight for a while, then turn onto Route 211 and continue for a while to reach the destination.
◆Access from Ishigaki Port
(1) Exit Ishigaki Port, turn right, turn left at the 730 intersection, and go straight down the main street in front of City Hall.
(2) You will see a Seesaa service station. Turn left at the next traffic light after the service station and drive along the coast to arrive at the station.
How to play at Husaki Beach
Although it is a resort hotel beach, it is free to use even if you are not a guest!

Details of Husaki Beach

Fusaki Beach is a natural beach facing Nagura Bay, the largest bay in the western part of Ishigaki Island.
The beach is managed by Fusaki Resort Village, and is equipped with a lifeguard and a net to prevent habu jellyfish, so those who are not good at swimming and those with children can enjoy swimming with peace of mind!

The festival attracts many tourists every year because of its proximity to the city center, making it easy to visit.

Chinese tomb

The Tang People's Tomb is a grave for the victims of the Robert Bown Incident, located a little south of the road in front of Husaki Beach on the right.
The incident occurred in 1852, and many of the more than 500 victims were Chinese, and the Tang tombs are decorated with fancy Chinese-style decorations and stone installations.
The bright colors make it a tourist attraction, although it is a tomb!

Tomizaki Kannondo

The main hall enshrines the Kannon, the Goddess of Mercy, who watches over the safety of navigation and good health, and is a historic temple that has been worshipped by the local people for many years.
It is the No. 1 popular spot for Hatsumode, with many people visiting during the countdown and Hatsumode, and long lines of people waiting in line!
Kannonzaki and Fusaki Beach are also nearby, so it is good to visit in conjunction with activities and sightseeing♪

Kannonzaki

Kannonzaki is a cape across the road from Tangjin Tomb, with a white lighthouse that is a popular photo spot because it looks so beautiful against the surrounding landscape!
The small hill offers a view of Nagura Bay and Fusaki Beach.
The sunset from Kannonzaki is beautiful, but the sunset from the ocean at the end of the nearby cave is exceptional.
