Cancellation Policy

Please note that the following cancellation fees will apply in the event of cancellation for your convenience (including illness).

Two days before the date of participation: Free of charge
Day before participation date: 80%
Date of Participationvery day100% (the same applies to cancellations without notice)

No cancellation fee will be charged in case of cancellation due to typhoon, poor sea conditions, or flight cancellation.

*We will hold the event even if it rains, as long as the sea conditions do not worsen.

*10 and 11 year olds will receive a C-card with a maximum depth limit of 12 meters.

*Persons with a history or pre-existing medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, epilepsy, etc., as well as those with respiratory, circulatory, or ear, nose, and throat systems, or with some questionable health conditions, should consult a physician and obtain permission before participating in the program. A medical certificate (findings and signature) from a physician will be required.

*We will check for any health issues. Please check "Diver Medical". If you have any of the items on the checklist, or if you are over 60 years of age, a signature from a physician is required.

*Please check the time of your return flight as you will not be allowed to board a plane for at least 18 hours after the course.
