Ishigaki Island Parasailing Tour

It was the first time for me to participate in this tour and I enjoyed it with my child. 100 meters was thrilling enough, but I personally recommend 200 meters. The staff was very efficient and friendly. If you are prone to motion sickness, it is better to take anti-sickness medicine before joining the tour.

It was my first time and I was nervous! But you gave me a good lecture and I had a safe and fun time in the sky.

It was really helpful to be able to book on the same day! I was wondering what to do when my schedule suddenly became free, and I found this tour and booked it right away. I was also happy that I could join the tour in my normal clothes. It was my first time parasailing, but with careful explanations and support, I was able to enjoy it without worries. The spectacular view of Ishigaki Island from the sky was breathtaking and an unforgettable experience. I would like to use this tour again because it was so smooth and enjoyable even on the same day!

It was my first trip to Ishigaki Island and my family of four experienced 200m parasailing! The staff was very efficient and explained the procedures and made sure we were in good physical condition, which made the experience very safe and enjoyable! My two children, a junior high school student and a fifth grader, had a great time and said they would like to do it again the next time they come back! It was a great activity and a great decision to participate!

This was my first experience and I was looking forward to it. It was an extraordinary experience and I felt like a bird. It is a view that is not often seen, so I was very impressed. This time, two of us flew the 200 meters on the 1:00 p.m. plan. it was the day before the end of the rainy season in June, and the weather was clear. The temperature was over 30 degrees Celsius, so the ground was dry right away. After the registration, the explanation was slow and easy to understand so that no one would not be confused while checking everyone's situation. We were asked to weigh ourselves beforehand, so it is recommended that you get your weight measured. There is no pick-up service at the meeting point. We walked from the remote island terminal, which was very difficult even though the temperature was high and the distance was walkable. There is a parking lot in the cafeteria at the meeting place. Most of the other participants were there by rental cars or motorcycles. There is a restroom at the meeting place, so it is better to use it beforehand. Once all the participants are assembled, they will be transported to the boat location by their own vehicles. The tour guide will slowly and carefully show you where and how to get there. No one got lost. We came on foot and were taken to the staff's car. We were told that the air conditioner was broken, but since it was only for a short time, we did not mind. After moving on, we boarded the boat. After a brief explanation of where to sit, life jackets, and various other things, we were off. Basically, as long as you listen to the explanation carefully and follow the instructions, you will be fine. Nothing difficult was said. It was something that anyone could do. After the departure, the staff unfolds the parachute and the group gets up from their seats and moves in order from those who were instructed to do so. I was very anxious because it was my first time parasailing and I was the first one, but I was glad that even after we moved, we were given detailed instructions such as "hold on tight here. Luggage is placed on the seats of the boat. I recommend luggage that is not so big. I put the grip firmly on my wrist, and when I was fully up, I unfolded the selca stick and started shooting. I set up the filming beforehand. We take off under instruction. The tour participants were strangers, but they all waved at me and said, "Have a nice flight! I waved back with a big "I'm off! I waved back with a big "I'm off! I was worried because I don't like heights and I don't like roller coasters, but once I got up there, the view was so good that I wasn't scared at all. It was not as bumpy as I thought it would be. I had a great time, and if you are wondering whether to do the 150 or the 200, please do the 200. I am prone to ear congestion on airplanes and highways, but parasailing was no problem at all. I wore a T-shirt and shorts. I didn't pack a bathing suit, but I was dressed in clothes that I didn't mind getting wet. There were others in long pants and one-piece dresses. The one-piece swimsuits were so high up that others were nervous that they might be able to see my underwear... (sweat). (Sweat) I didn't get wet this time, but according to the official Instagram, some people did, so I leave it to your own judgment. The seats may be damp after a rainstorm. After about 10 minutes of flight, you will notice that the rope is getting shorter and shorter, which is the signal that the flight is over. We were told beforehand about the precautions to take when getting off the plane, and we were also called out, so it was not difficult. After the flight was over, we were seated promptly. A little after the other groups started, we were presented with photos and videos taken by the staff. The representative followed us on our official Instagram and sent us an airdrop. I didn't know it was being filmed, so it was a nice miscalculation. While the other groups were going, we were told, "Bye! and "Welcome back! while the other groups were going, and taking pictures and looking at the scenery around us. After all groups finished, we returned to the port. I thought I would have to walk back in the heat, but the staff offered to take me back to my hotel, which was unfortunately not easy to find, so they dropped me off in front of the island terminal, which was about a 3-minute walk away. I was able to enjoy Ishigaki Island to the fullest even though I joined the tour. The staff was friendly and we had a lot of conversations with them. If I have any complaints, it may be due to the time of the day, but it was difficult to take pictures due to backlighting (lol). Please be careful if you drop them.
