What is the "Blue Cave" in Ishigaki Island?

There is a place called "Blue Cave" not only in Italy and the main island of Okinawa, but also on Ishigaki Island. It is a popular snorkeling spot with a trench around it where many fish gather.

Depending on the tide level and sunlight, if the timing is right, the surface of the water becomes like a mirror and the surrounding scenery is reflected on the surface of the sea, creating a scene similar to that of Salar de Uyuni!

It was the first time for me to participate in a tour with my child, so I was nervous until just before the tour, but the friendly guide made me feel at ease. We took the Blue Cave tour! You don't need to bring anything to the sea as you can have your picture taken! Snorkeling in the Blue Cave is well known, but this was the first time I learned that kayaking was available in the Blue Cave! Although you can't directly enjoy the ocean from the kayak, the day I joined the tour was very nice and I could see the beautiful inside of the cave and fish from the top of the ocean! I would like to try snorkeling next time!
