Phantom Island (Hamashima)

Phantom Island is an island that appears out of the emerald green sea only for a certain time depending on the tide level.

The collaboration of white sand and blue sky seen from the crescent-shaped island is spectacular, and here you can enjoy yourself by taking pictures or walking around while picking up beautiful seashells.

Colorful corals and tropical fish can be seen in the sea around "Ishinishi Jagako," which is called the largest coral reef area in Japan.

In the sea of Ishigaki Island, you can also see clownfish, made famous by Finding Nemo, so be sure to swim with and be surrounded by cute fishes.

Taketomi Island

Taketomi Island belongs to the Yaeyama Islands and is a remote island easily accessible by a 10-minute high-speed boat ride from Ishigaki Island.Traditional Okinawan townscapeis preserved on the island is a beauty unlike any other.

You will receive a ferry ticket to Ishigaki and a cab ticket to each hotel (city center only) so you can return to Ishigaki Island at your leisure.

Only the boat ticket between Ishigaki Island and Taketomi Island and lunch are included in the course fee. If you wish to take a buffalo cart sightseeing tour and rent a bicycle, please apply for it on your own at the site and settle the bill there.

I was glad to spend a relaxing time on the beautiful island of Taketomi Island in the morning, and the snorkeling in the afternoon was even better because it was a precious experience for us. All of us had never snorkeled before, but we were given a detailed lecture in the boat, and even after entering the water, staff members were always there to support us, so we could enjoy the experience without any worries.

Snorkeling by boat from Ishigaki Island, Phantom Island! We were very satisfied with the value package that included a boat ride directly to Taketomi Island, lunch at "Kanifu" restaurant, and a boat ride back to Ishigaki Island. The staff was very nice and each of us could freely choose our lunch, which was delicious.
