SUP cruising & relaxing time at the beach house
SUP" stands for Stand Up Paddle, also known as "sap" or "paddleboard.
This marine sport is played by standing on a surfboard and using a paddle to paddle through the ocean.
You can enjoy SUP for 150 minutes and then relax at the beach house or have fun at the beach!
Beginners are welcome☆ Anyone can enjoy SUP!
The SUPs used on the tour are large andOutstanding stabilityIt's a great way to get in shape! No special physical strength is required, so even those who are not good at exercising can easily do it.
Our guides will carefully teach you the basics until you can stand up and paddle freely, so please feel free to join us.
Option to change to beach yoga!
On the day of the tour, we will take you to the best spots according to the tide level and weather conditions!
The SUP experience is normally 150 minutes, but can be changed to 60 minutes or a family plan. You can also do yoga on the beach in the afternoon if you wish.
We will be flexible to your requests to make your trip to Kohama Island the best time ever. Please feel free to contact us.

◆ For those who meet at the Port of Obama
Please be at Obama Port by the tour start time.If you are coming from a hotel on Kohama Island, the hotel shuttle bus will take you to the port. Please check with your hotel for details.
If you are coming from Ishigaki Island, please take the ferry to Kohama Island.
