This plan allows you to enjoy the beach "Phantom Island (official name: Hamajima)" which changes its appearance depending on the day you visit, and snorkeling in the waters around Ishigaki Island.

We will go to snorkel points where you can experience the beautiful sea of Yaeyama, so beginners and repeaters of ocean fun will be satisfied!

Phantom Island (Hamashima)

It is an island made of pure white sand floating between Kohama Island and Taketomi Island, and is called "Phantom Island (official name: Hamajima)" because it appears only at low tide.

It is an excellent location often used for filming for magazines and TV programs, and is a must-visit spot when you come to Ishigaki Island!

Yes, there is. There are two public parking lots with a fee, one inside the Ishigakijima Remote Island Terminal and several more within a 10-minute walk.
Especially during the period from July to September, the parking lot in the remote island terminal is full in the morning, so please allow plenty of time for your trip.

Q. I would like to borrow a floating board for my infant.

Boats for infants are available free of charge. Please enter it in the remarks field of the reservation form.

Q. What is the difference between the two?Can I snorkel even if I am not a good swimmer?

The snorkel point is very close to where the boat is parked, so you can see fish and coral without having to leave the boat.
We will also teach you how to properly put on the three-piece set (mask, snorkel, and fins), and the key points to remember when snorkeling, all within feet of each other, so please join us.
In addition, even those who are not good swimmers can enjoy snorkeling because life jackets can be worn to ensure safe buoyancy.

Q. What is the difference between the two?Do you have rental items for children?

Masks, fins (21 cm or taller), life jackets (from about 100 cm in height), and wetsuits for children are also available for rent.Floating boats are also available for infants only.

Q. Can I participate during pregnancy?

Pregnant women are welcome to participate in snorkeling after consulting with your health care provider.
